All my work is billed to the nearest minute at your organization's hourly rate. My standard hourly rate is $150/hour.
By using retainer work agreements you can reduce your organization's hourly rate. The amount is determined by how many priority service hours your organization reserves each month. Additional service hours are available and are billed at your discounted hourly rate.
Projects can be completed at nearly any price level regardless of your hourly rate. Higher figures simply translate into more creative and effective designs.
Budgets for individual projects can be specified by range or specific amounts. The same project can be completed at many different price ranges reflecting the amount of time spent addressing details that make a piece more effective at meeting design goals.

It is important to note that these figures are not salary hours. They are billable hours and the people I work with are only charged for time spent working directly on their projects. Therefore, you can expect a given workload to use ¼–⅓ fewer hours than your average salary employee. A solid brand strategy and guidelines will also streamline work significantly.
